Course Objectives 1. To inform project development, planning, management and realization processes for
interior architects during the professional practicing,
2. To teach the steps, strategies and evaluation methods during the project processes.
Course Description History of interior architecture as a profession; Legal procedure of having a business-company establishment procedure; The laws and regulations that must be followed in the process of doing business; The concept of management, development of management theory, management levels,
forms of organization; Team building and Motivation; Cost related transactions within the framework of the profession: Estimation, planning, control; Economic evaluation methods;Tender and bid processes; Contracts; Specifications; Work Scheduling: Time, cost and resource
management; The legal process of delivering the work to the employer; Professional ethics
Course Outcomes I. Awareness of interior architecture business organizations.
II. Learn the legal responsibilities and conditions of professional studies,
III. Awareness of professional procedures throughout all phases of the project process,
IV. Gain the ability to make cost analysis and cost estimation
V. Develop knowledge in writing and interpreting design and construction contracts,
