Course Description

Strategic management is the sum of the entire processes of corporate strategic thinking, planning and implementing via strategic analyses, perspectives, positions, ploys, controlling, etc.in order to survive at the long run, to maximize market value at the mid-term, and to increase profits and market share at the short run.
