Course Objectives
In project-based organizations, using contemporary project management techniques for project planning, execution and control provides substantial savings from time and cost. It easy to understand and apply these techniques and by computer applications jobs can be planned and controlled much more quickly. Therefore, it is essential for an industrial engineer to learn basic project management techniques.
