Course Description		Definition of supply chain, Supply chain criteria, Definition of strategic management, Strategic management theories and applications in supply chain management, Designing a supply chain network, Demand forecasting in the supply chain, Total planning in supply chain, Supply chain inventory management, Transportation in supply chain, Supply chain distribution planning, Supply chain decision making models, Pricing and revenue management in a supply chain, sustainability and supply chain.
Course Outcomes		have knowledge about basic concepts, models and theories in supply chain management. scientifically describe supply chain processes have knowledge about strategic management concepts and theories. learn supply chain management, ıts applications and challenges in ımplementation correlate between strategic management and supply chain processes. prepare strategic management plan for supply chain management.
