Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to introduce graduate students to major philosophical approaches that had significant historical roles on the production, reception and institutionalization of art.

Course Description

Throughout the course, ideas such representation, aesthetic taste, artistic creativity, the relationship between senses and concepts will be studied.
