Course Objectives

1. To develop students’ knowledge in comprehending basic management concepts and management functions.
2. To develop students’ ability of using management knowledge in different organizations.

3.To develop the competencies of students to use management knowledge in various organizations.

Course Description

Importance of management and organization and reasons of studying this subject; multiple perspectives on management and organization; fundamental concepts of management like management, manager, organization, behavior, culture; basic management functions: planning, organizing, leading and control; leadership, motivation and communication in organizations; new directions on management and organization field.
