Course Objectives
The aim of the course is:
1. To give basic microeconomics knowledge and approaches to the students and,
2. To make them understand economic agents’ (firms and households) behaviors.
Course Description
Economics; tools of economic analysis; demand, supply and the market; elasticities; consumer behavior;
producer behavior; market structures and pricing: perfect competition, monopoly, monopolistic competition, oligopoly; game theory and strategy
