Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to evaluate the reflections of the paradigm of sustainable development at the urban scale and from the perspective of planning; to describe sustainable urban planning components; to introduce environmentally sensitive planning approach with its multidimensional components and inter-disciplinary perspective and to make students able to use the complementary evaluation tools and techniques of this approach.
