Course Objectives		Kentsel planlamanın mekânsal, yasal, finansal, etik ve sosyo-politik boyutları ilişkilendirilerek, kentin mevcut yerleşik ve gelişme alanlarında, olası seçenekli senaryolar çerçevesinde, geleceğe ilişkin yenileme, canlandırma, sıhhileştirme, koruma ve tasarım politika, strateji ve eylem planlarının geliştirilmesi ve uygulamaya yönelik planlama becerisinin kazandırılmasıdır.
Course Description		Determination of action areas in present and development areas according to 1/5000 scale strategic plan decisions, determination of scenario alternatives, evaluation of legal frame work and the planning and desing of housing, recreation, facilities and functional areas.
