Course Objectives
The architectural design process and visual communication tools, used by the architectural design process will be analyzed and benefits of these tools will be explained. Representation methods, visuality and perception will be discussed. Examples of various scales and techniques of architectural presentation will be explained to students to carry out into their design practice.
Course Description
Concept of architectural design, design principals and components. Simulation techniques, traditional and contemporary approaches to design and visual communication. Representation in architectural design, visuality and perception .Various examples of architectural presentation. Contemporary tools and design principles. Explanation and application of presentation tools and techniques for examples of various scales.
