Project delivery systems, construction management concept from owners’ perspective, project management organization, design and construction processes, utilization of labor, material and equipment, cost estimation, bidding and contract administration, construction planning, scheduling techniques, cost monitoring, control and accounting, economic evaluation of facility investments, quality control and safety applications during construction, project information systems.
