Course Objectives

1. to provide an understanding of modern marketing concept, its methods and strategies in relation to textile and apparel value chain
2. to teach how to differentiate and identify substructures of textile and apparel value chain
3. to teach to acquire perspectives for creating innovative marketing strategies

Course Description

Introducing marketing concept into textile and apparel value chain. Presenting major actors and forces in the marketing environment Breaking the production of textiles and apparel into distinct categories and market segments. Integration of basic marketing principles with product design and manufacturing. Applying marketing strategies in given business situations.
