Course Description Importance of communication, communication process; Interpersonal communication and group communication; Organizational communication; Visual communication and Corporate identity; Communication in the construction sector and client relationships; Persuasion and persuasive communication; Meeting management; Conflict management; Causes and solutions to the conflict in the construction sector; Marketing basics for designers; Examination of marketing strategies of various design firms.
